My mechanical experience started in high school when I worked in a BMW race shop helping disassemble and build race engines. It was there that I found my passion of automobiles and how they worked. Once I graduated High School, I moved to Charlotte and received an Associate Degree in Automotive Technology that was backed by a Factory BMW training program. I moved back to Greensboro and became a Technician for Crown BMW. During my time at Crown, I received more than twelve BMW Certifications along other Industry recognized credentials. My work ethic and attitude helped me gain multiple promotions and within three years I had moved on to become a Service Advisor and Warranty Administrator. My experience in the Aftersales/​Service Industry helped me secure a position as Aftersales Director at Lamborghini Carolinas. During my time with Lamborghini I was responsible for all aspects of the business after the sale of the car. I managed three departments including Service, Parts, and Warranty.
