Established in 1991.

Labor Works has been providing quality industrial temporary Labor since 1991 and is headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky. Our office staff works very hard to ensure the satisfaction of our customers and the safety of our temporary employees. There are offices in 9 cities across the U.S.

* We guarantee ZERO «NO-​SHOWS», or you don’t pay. If you place a next day order for 10 temps and only 9 show up, those work free all day long.

* Labor Works has workers available three shifts a day, seven days a week. We welcome last minute and early morning orders.

* We see our temps before you do. We dispatch our employees in person and not by telephone, so we are able to screen for attitude, cleanliness, proper work apparel, and safety equipment.

* Labor Works pays all employee-​related expenses. You pay only the hourly rate for each worker. We take full responsibility for Worker’s Comp Insurance, state and federal taxes, FICA and unemployment.
