Shane was great. He listened to our wants as well as our concerns and helped make a final decision on our honeymoon destination. He booked everything that day and we simply showed up at the airport. He really took the headache out of planning a honeymoon.

I’ve used Shane for years now and have pointed several of my friends to him as well. All are repeat customers. Shane has a knack for being able to effectively listen to what you want and deliver. As he learns your style and preferences over time the trips just keep getting better and better. He will not lead you wrong or put you on a trip that he is unsure about. Give him a try, you will not be disappointed!

I just want to commend Shane on his customer service. When I say he is awesome, he is AWESOME! He is a very nice guy and has the best attitude. I never felt rushed or like I wasn’t being listened to. He explained everything to me in detail and I didn’t feel like I was asking too many questions. I kind of found him through Unilocal,but was also referred by a friend of mines. I spoke with Shane this morning around 9am, we went over a few resorts in Cancun for my honeymoon and I was a bit unsure as to what I wanted. Although I have a budget; I wanted the most bang for my buck. I had a few resorts in mind, but I was open to taking a look at others. Shane pointed me in the right direction. The resort I chose has everything I wanted and more, I’m thrilled! Shane also gave me the best rates so of course I booked with him today. Normally I book all my trips myself via online travel sites, but when Shane beat the online prices I was floored. There is no way I will ever book a trip again without getting a quote from Shane from here on out.

My favorite travel agency by far. Always very helpful and honest. The best deals to any destination. Tip: If its your first time traveling out the country, have at least 3 destinations in mind, exact dates and a budget. This staff is great. From the Caribbean to Europe, they make finding a vacation fun, smooth and affordable. This year were going to Turks and Caicos and were very excited.

I recently called Shane at Imagine Travel to help me put together a 5-​year wedding anniversary trip as a surprise for my wife. I had tried to do my own research and planning, but I couldn’t seem to put something together in the price range I was willing to spend. Shane helped us plan our honeymoon 5 years ago, as well as a few friends of ours, so I figured he’d be a much better route to go. THAT was DEFINITELY the right call!!!
I told Shane I wanted to go somewhere in the Caribbean or Central America with a good balance of outdoor adventure excursions, as well as relaxation time. I also wanted to consider where we may be able to do some all-​inclusive accommodations. Immediately, he said we HAD to look at Costa Rica, and within a couple of hours, he had an entire itinerary put together that included 3 days in the rain forest with excursions everyday, followed by 4 days at the beach full of relaxation!
We just returned less than 2 weeks ago, and I cannot rave enough about how much fun we had and how organized everything was, from our private transfers from the airport, to the amazing accommodations! We had to do nothing with confirming excursions! Shane had taken care of all details, so we simply showed up in the lobby of the resorts and jumped in the outfitters’ vans for a day filled with excitement!
