Heart In Sol

I went to HiS for a consultation and to get some prices for personal training. When I arrived I wanted to talk about the numbers first; after all I knew that would be the deciding factor for me. The price points were brushed by and I was told that the owner was working on some special prices for me. I stopped the training because I wanted to know the prices before wasting anyone’s times with the training. I was then told that I couldn’t take the document about the pricing home with me to think over my finances but that the owner would email me with a quote. I waited almost a week before finally hearing from the owner with the prices and he said that I had one day to decide. That’s terribly unprofessional to know that this was the biggest area of contention for me and to wait almost a week to send me the prices and then tell me I have one day to think it over?! I did tell him that the prices were too much for a teacher and a student but that I was interested in their boot camp and its reasonable price and would like more information. It’s been a month now and nothing again. Bad customer service is an indication that other areas of the organization may not be as they seem.
