A 1967 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Locke Clifford has been lauded repeatedly by his peers and has tried cases, from the simple to the complex, in state and federal courts throughout the region.

Locke is certified by the North Carolina State Bar as a specialist in federal and state criminal law and in the past, served as an assistant district attorney in Guilford County.
