TERRIBLESERVICE!!! Waited an hour to be seated. After we were seated, our food took an additional 30 minutes to come out when the restaurant was bare. Whyyyy did it take that long? There was a party of 7 who sat down about 20 minutes after we did and received their food faster than we did. How? There was no consideration for our service and the waitress and hostesses were extremely rude. I will NEVEREATHEREAGAIN!

This was our first visit to Chili’s in Greensboro. They had a nice display gadget to show dishes, photos, vegetarian options, options for people with dietary restrictions, etc. and you can also make payments on your tab using this gadget. The food was good. We tried the triple dipper, flat bread, chicken crispies and black bean burger. All dishes were good. If you are just moderately hungry, the appetizer might be enough to fill you.

First time at this location. Greeted and seated promptly. Started with the table side Guac and it was great, served with thin chips and salsa. Service was adequate, we both got lunch combos. The Mrs had the BLT and I the fajitas. Wife asked for broccoli instead of fries but was served fries, I asked for extra crackers with my chili, got none, they were out. Overall a good experience. Chilis is easily my fave chain restaurant. The ziosk technology and rewards program are excellent.

Great food and beverage. Southwest Salad is just the best lunch ever. Exceptional bar staff(Sarah) and beer selection. Great job. Thanks Stan, USMC Retired.

Dear god, please don’t make me ever have to enter this place again. Were I a fan of microwaved fare that is served at room temp, stale buns, spoiled dipping sauces, this would be high on my list of places to eat. Sadly though, I like my food to be edible and hot. Bif Burger would have been a far better choice. The only good thing was the service, and that’s not enough for me to suffer through…

This chilli’s has been recently remodeled. It has ample parking and seating within. We meet some friends for a late lunch and were seated immediately. Throughout the meal, our service was for the most part good. There were some lapses where our drinks were empty for a few minutes, but nothing major. I ordered a sweet and smokey burger. The bun was fresh and held the contents in adequately. The burger was slightly overcooked, but not enough to make it inedible. It was topped with bacon, and two panko onion rings, which had good flavor. It was served with a mango bbq sauce which tasted okay, but lacked that certain something to take it over the top. The burger was served with fries in a little metal basket. Note I said little, and it seems they cut the sides portions down. Chilli’s is not a bad place to eat by any means, but it is nothing special or out of the box. I’ll eat there again, but not sure when.

I love going to chili’s! I’ve gone to this specific chili’s several times! I love the strawberry lemonade & chocolate molten lava cake! There’s one waiter there who is very nice & attentive, I think his name is Rodney(& he’s still there I just saw him yesterday). Yesterday’s experience wasn’t the best. It was slow since it was a Tuesday. But I got the margarita chicken fresh mex bowl $ 9.79. Ok not too expensive but it only had 3 – 4 slices of avocado & the chicken didn’t have any flavor. I would’ve gotten a bigger portion at Chipotle & with more flavor. So I wouldn’t recommend those bowls. However, there’s a bunch of other things on the menu I like! I just can’t remember the names.

I cannot put off giving a review to Chili’s in Greensboro any longer. This Chili’s service and food are so excellent that I bypass the Chili’s only 15 minutes from my home to visit this one instead, which is 30 minutes from home. I get lunch to-go frequently and they get it perfect every time. When I dine in, the restaurant is always clean and I frequently see managers helping the staff and speaking with customers. You can definitely tell that this is a well run establishment. It can get a little loud if you go on a game night or for a really late dinner. They stay open pretty late, which is a plus for me because I work late hours. As far as national chains go, I think that Chili’s is the best, and my choice will always be the Chili’s in Greensboro.
