Meet the Business Owner

Samir S.

Business Owner

Chef Samir is the Chef and Owner. The restaurant opened toward the end of May in 2012. It is nestled in the corner of the same shopping strip as Davids Bridal, across from Costco and next door to Rooms to Go. Chef Samir is a native of Cairo in Egypt and has spent the last 20 plus years either owning or working in some of the première restaurants in New Jersey. He takes special care in his product whether its flavor, prestentation or service. Many times you can even catch him out in the dining room chatting it up with his new fans.
