History

Established in 2006.

We are a new home health care office that merged with an agency started in VA. There are five separate locations, but the Greensboro NC office covers the majority of the state. There was a gap represented by other agencies with the care of the clients, pay not being met for the care givers, and rural areas finding it hard to receive care. We have bridged the gap with Care Provider’s Network 2 INC located at 2216 West Meadowview Road, Suite 120, Greensboro NC 27 407.

Manager

MHA Health Care Administration, MBA Business Adminstartion, College professor, and CMA. Lisa is a highly qualified healthcare professional, and site manager as the Chief Executive Officer.

RN-​ADN, AAS, AA-​Biotechnology Marsha is the Nursing Supervisor qualified to ensure you receive the best care and superior Plan of Care that fits your ADL’s.
