Staff members are friendly and caring.

My dog seems to really enjoy it. The staff is very friendly and I like that I can watch the play fields so I can check in on my pup.

We have been CBW customers since the year they opened. I trust Paola and her team implicitly. I know they will always take care of our babies and pay attention to even the smallest things that are important to us and them. I love being able to see our girls online and we especially like, now that our girls are older that they have a special lounge for smaller puppies and older dogs. They get tripwire exercise in the yard for a while and then come up and «lounge» and rest. We are so grateful for CBW and Paola and her team. Thank you with all of our hearts and paws!

I have taken my 1 year old dog twice now and both times he had came home exhausted from playing so much. The first day he cried when my fiancé picked him up. We work long hours and this allows Maximus to get the exercise that he needs and met new friends, I have always been please with their service since taking him there. I also enjoy watching Maxi in the web cam while at work to make sure he is doing well.

I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. When I took my dog there for the interview, I was left with a great impression and felt like I would be making the right choice to leave him in their care for an upcoming beach trip and other vacations in the future.
I dropped my dog, Brady, off for overnight camp for the first time on ⁸⁄₁₇ at 8:50am. My husband and I brought his crate, his favorite blanket, and all of his toys to make sure Brady felt as comfortable as possible. My husband asked the lady working there if she would show him which cabin was his so he could carry the crate with all of Brady’s belongings back to it. When she escorted Brady and my husband to the back, there was no cabin reserved for him, even though we had made reservations ahead of time. My husband informed me that the lady took another dog out of a cabin and put Brady in it. We have no idea where this other dog was put, but my husband once again confirmed with her what we had been told during our tour — no dogs share cabins unless they’re from the same household.
After getting Brady and his things arranged, the lady and my husband came back out. She immediately told me «He’s all set» as if she wanted us gone right away. I explained to her that I hadn’t given her his food yet, then showed her the pre-​bagged meals and treats, explaining he was to get one bag for each meal, three times a day and one treat every time he is put in his cabin. I could tell she wasn’t paying attention, especially when she replied with «Okay, he’s good to go. You guys can go whenever you’d like.» Again, I reminded her that she didn’t have the bag full of food and treats I had been offering to her and put it more firmly toward her until she finally took the bag. I wish I had paid attention to her name, but all I can say is she is a young blonde lady.
Around 5:15pm, I got a call from Camp Bow Wow. I answered and it was the lady I originally spoke with for our interview and tour. Again, I wish I had her name but she is a little older than the blonde lady and has a slight accent. She was calling to ask how she should feed Brady for dinner, since there was no food or directions left. I told her about the pre-​bagged meals, repeated the directions, and explained that I had told this twice to the lady when we dropped him off and she had seemed not to care. This lady quickly said something along the lines of «Oh I’m sorry about that, let me go find his food» and got off the phone.
An hour later, I called back and she said she was able to locate his food and gave him a bag of it for dinner. I asked her what he’d been given for lunch and she said «They probably fed him» and quickly hung up again.
My husband picked him up this morning, and there should have been two extra bags of food remaining. There were seven. That means there were FIVE meals that Brady was not fed. Besides that, Brady is black and brown. The inside of his crate and his blanket were covered in white dog hair. I’m sure Brady could’ve gotten the hair on himself from playing with other dogs, but there is no way he could’ve gotten that much dog hair on him or his belongings. Theres more white hair than black or brown.
When he was picked up, as well as when he saw me, Brady was very timid. He’s usually a very happy and outgoing 5 month old who wants to befriend everyone he sees, but he seemed almost afraid of my husband and me. He’s coming around after being home for a few hours, but he still isn’t his usual self. He’s acting as though he’s afraid he’ll be in trouble, cowering any time one of us reaches out to pet him or pick him up.
I don’t know what all went on off the cameras, but I do know that I will never trust this place with my dog again. Brady is a very important member of my family, and I feel that he was treated like an object. If your dog is a family member, please do not put your family through this.

Our pups love Camp Bow Wow! I know that the employees are going to take great care of them and they are true animal lovers. My dogs get excited the minute we drive into the parking lot. They have reasonable prices and I love that I can watch on the web cam!

We have been very pleased with the level of care at Camp Bow Wow. Our dog has stayed there twice… once for a daycare visit, and once for a 7 day boarding visit. He received plenty of exercise and was well taken care of both times. We will definitely be using their services again.

I took my little yorkie to stay at Camp Bow Wow so I could leave town for several days. He had never stayed anywhere before and isn’t very social since he’s not around many people or animals. The folks there took good care of him and would let him stay in the front with them if he got too nervous. There’s a web cam to watch the dogs playing during the day so that gave me peace of mind. When I picked up my dog at the end of his stay he was tired but didn’t smell awful or have fleas. (I chose not to have him bathed). I think he actually made a friend while there.
