BB&T will go out of their way to rip you off. I planned a trip to Europe and wanted to get some Euros while the rate was low 1.056 so I contacted my bank and they said their would be a $ 10 service fee. Once it was all said and done they didn’t get me the amount I requested but, they also charge an additional .05 percent on top of the current exchange rate so instead of getting me the Euros at 1.056 (the current market exchange rate on that day) they charged me 1.12 plus the additional $ 10. So would you trust a bank who not only lies to you but goes out of their way to rip you off not once but twice by adding a fee and jacking up the rate?
