All Property Solutions is a full service real estate company. Because of that, we function just like other real estate companies in that we can list, market and sell properties the traditional way.

In addition, we’re associated with multiple private investment firms that buy homes every month to add to their own portfolio.

We buy, sell, rent, lease to own, owner finance and manage properties all in an effort to assist you no matter what your real estate needs. And, for your added peace of mind, we are bonded and insured.

Established in 2005.

Wanting to sell a home? We have many ways we buy. As investors, we don’t pay retail. What we do offer that the traditional market does not is, we can close on the day of your choice. We can purchase now or at a future date of your choosing, allowing you peace of mind and the ability to move on with your life when you are ready. Of course, as real estate brokers, we can list your property just as any other Realtor would.

Wanting to rent? We are constantly acquiring new properties and all available properties are posted on our website. Typically, if they’re on our website, they’re available for immediate occupancy or purchase. As a real estate broker, we can become your buyer’s agent and represent you to find a home, help with the negotiations, and help you make an educated decision when you purchase a home.

Wanting to rent? Perhaps you’re between jobs or relocating and need a temporary home? Or maybe you don’t want the responsibilities of being a homeowner.

For years, Jim traveled nationally coaching and training real estate. In 2008, he decided to stop traveling and mentor here in his local market. He now leads groups in Greensboro, Winston Salem and Raleigh.

Jim has been buying and selling properties in the Greensboro, High Point, Winston-​Salem, and Piedmont Triad areas of North Carolina since 1998.
