AdvantaClean of the Piedmont

I had birds nesting in my bathroom vents causing an awful smell and I called AdvantaClean of the Piedmont. The technician that came out was really nice and did his best to clean out the vents and birds. I paid to have a vent guard installed to prevent birds from coming back to live in my vents. The very next day I heard birds in my vents. Apparently a couple birds weren’t scared of his equipment and decided to stay. I called again the next day (Saturday) to see if they could come back and redo my vents so the smell wouldn’t come back and I was told that they would contact me Tuesday. Today is Thursday and I called this morning and they have not called me back. It appears they have no intention of finishing the job for which I paid them.
