A Better View Glass & Mirror Inc

Horrible customer service and product. I had a piece of glass cut for a large picture frame. I transported the glass from a better view about a mile up the street and the glass was lying flat in my trunk. When I removed the brown paper that the glass was wrapped in shards of glass were breaking off the corners of the glass, I even cut my finger when trying to put the glass in my frame. A week later the glass broke down the middle with no trama. My framer told me that glass only breaks down the middle when there is a flaw in the glass. I called a better view and they took no blame, saying that I was lying and that there was no way they would have sold me a glass with a flaw. The woman I spoke with was completely unprofessional and they would not replace my glass. Needless to say, this is why I am taking the time to write this review, to warn others!
