This guy is so nice and funny. I thought my phone was gone. I went in and he took a look it, he was able to fix it for only $ 20. I was really happy he made me save a lot of money.

Friendly place, great customer service usually this is my place to come send money thru western union, refill my phone card. They did a fantastic job on my broken screen ipad.

I went in to buy an unactivated sim card to switch carriers. When I said the plan that I wanted, I didn’t specify I needed the card unactivated. The salesperson immediately activated the card without me being aware. After realizing the mistake, I expressed I didn’t want it activated and it’s useless to me, but the salesperson said it’s too late and charged me $ 20. I searched in the area for another place to buy a sim card, but couldn’t find one, so I had to go back and buy another unactivated sim card from them. This was horrible. Plus, since when does a sim card cost $ 20?

Fuck this place. Do not go here unless you can’t wait until the next corner to go in the next bodega for a scratch-​off, because they sell those along with polish and hispanic phone cards out of a seemingly separate subleasing business behind bullet proof glass.
Other than that this place is a joke of a cell phone case store that seems more like a street-​side rip-​off cell phone chinese import set-​up.

Also, if you want to use a credit card, they claim to charge an additional 12%, which I’m pretty sure is ILLEGAL.
