Description

Specialties

The MARS Team is part of the First Weber Group and has a wide coverage area that includes all of Southeastern Wisconsin. We represent both sellers when they decide they want to list their property and buyers when they are looking to find a home to purchase. It is extremely important to hire a real estate professional for all real estate transactions and not doing so could cost you both time and money. You will find articles, research, informational packets and general information regarding both real estate processes on the website.

History

Established in 2014.

Before I was a Real Estate Professional for First Weber, I was a Mortgage Professional for 14 years. The last 12 years as a Mortgage Professional I owned two separate mortgage companies Wisconsin Wholesale Mortgage and Wholesale Mortgage Services of Wisconsin. Wisconsin Wholesale Mortgage was sold to my business partner in 2008 and continues to operate today. Now, I only have to manage a handful of clients.

I know customer service. I return calls promptly. I take the time to explain every step. I try

When we were at the end of our rope and ready to walk away from that deal, I called Doug Lenski at Wholesale Mortgage Svc. of WI and he spent a day reviewing our situation and speaking with his mgt. about whether they could use our first higher appraisal and go back to our original lender. When that wasn’t going to work (due to new appraisal regulations, etc.), he came up with a great scenario that he said we should share with our current broker that would make the deal come together, using our lower appraisal. Keep in mind, Doug was not working for us here, nor was he going to make any money off of a deal with another broker/lender. He was just trying to help me and my husband get out of a bad situation and finish our current deal. I went back to our current broker, explained what Doug told us, and she put everything back together the way it shou
