Love this place! So tasty and really fun to work with. We did our wedding cupcakes with them and a store party cake, as well as picked up breakfast and lunch sandwiches & soups! Excellent local choice!

Frosted is a real downtown gem! Working in town, I am often tempted to eat lunch at Frosted daily! They have a different soup everyday, sometimes two flavors! Their BLT on homemade french bread is awesome. And of course the baked goods and pastries! Definitely the best in town! Shelly, who owns the bakery with her husband, is also a very talented wedding cake artist. I highly recommend Frosted for lunch, for breakfast, and for your sweet tooth needs big or small!

Frosted is an amazing little bakery with great people and even greater food. The cupcakes are amazing their soups are wonderful and the sandwiches are out of this world and even better the owner is so nice. I highly recommend this place anyone.

Used to be my favorite place until I went there today and the cupcakes and pastry tasted like it was stale, and barely any frosting on the cupcakes. Looked like someone lives behind the counter with the mess of papers and junk everywhere. Not very inviting. If the front looks like that than I only wonder what the back looks like.

Frosted Bake Shop, located on Main Street in Greenfield MA., makes the most delicious cakes. Probably the best I have ever had. I recently had a chance to sample their cakes and pastries at a wedding expo and was thoroughly impressed. For Valentines day I ordered a small chocolate cake with butter cream frosting for me and my GF. The decoration was perfect, just as ordered and it tasted fabulous. I have to say that I love cake and this was just so tasty and delicious. The people who run the shop are very friendly. Even though my order was small they were still extremely courteous and accommodating. They sell a variety of pastries, cup cakes, homemade soup, coffee and local maple syrup as well. My only gripe is that they don’t have any seating in the shop. I believe it has to do with providing restroom services to the pubic and that it is something they are working on. I really think that being able to sit with your kids or SO to enjoy a coffee and snack would be an added touch.

Frosted Bake Shop located in downtown Greenfield is owned by the same people who owned The Cookie Factory on Federal Street before they moved to town. The staff here is incredible and the cookies as well as the cupcakes here are pretty delicious. We had the owner Shelly as our cake vendor for our wedding and we have to say that she did an incredible job. The cake and cupcakes were great and she did a great job of frosting everything. At times communication with Shelly was tough, but this was due to the fact that she was in transition between stores. We would definitely recommend this shop to anyone planning a wedding because our guests loved the baked goods! This shop still has a way to go when it comes to getting settled in town, but once they change their store sign and get some more publicity, they should be all set!
