Property Management Co.: Between 2004 – 2009, we supported as many as 4 property management companies in & around Charlotte, NC. We can take your maintenance headaches & turn them into your strong points, calling on tenants who have submitted work requests, schedule an appointment, make the repair.

Johnson City, Greeneville & Jonesborough comprise our neighborhood service area but accommodate surrounding areas too.

History

Established in 2003.

Handimax was established in Charlotte, NC IN 2003. It was a change of pace for me after having worked as a industrial engineer for the previous 8 years. In my mid twenties, I was fortunate enough to have worked with a local builder. He was a one man show when we met, and soon became good working buddies. He taught me everything involved, from the ground up and have always appreciated what he did for my education. In 2011, Handimax relocated back to East TN., and are building new relationships with home owners, property managers, contractors and the like.
