We take pride in building custom homes that fit our customers needs. East TN Builders builds home from the low $ 80,000 to over $ 1 million, our homes range from 800 sq ft to over 10,000 sq ft.

Our home building process takes you step by step through selecting and determining your new home cost, customizing your house plan, site selection, and every other detail right up to moving into your new home. We take pride in completing our jobs on time and not going over the budget set.
