Terrible customer service! Quoted one price, then tried to add on other charges as he «took a closer look». Tried to tell us that our door springs needed an adjustment that was not included in installing a new garage door opener. When I explained I used to work for an overhead door company and that installing a new garage door opener should include general adjustments to a door he proceeded to argue with me and attempted to talk in circles. Needless to say, we went with another company who was not only cheaper, but also stated that a new opener being installed would indeed require some adjustment to your door and springs and should always include a general door servicing. We will never use this company and I will be sure to post the type of business they are on our FB pages and our neighborhood association page!
