i take no pleasure in writing anything negative about this place because i really like Jamba Juice. i always take my kids here after a Dr. visit. and the employees are fabulous and the young manager is far more competant in dealing with my irritation than i would be. but i really don’t want to have to produce my driver’s license to make a 16 dollar purchase with a credit card. the info on my license, my address, SS number, whatever, is PRIVATE. it’s NOYB JambaJ. from how i understand it, the credit card company gets a small piece of the purchase price from JB. if i use a stolen card, the card company pays for it, not Jamba Juice. so why are you hassling me? if the credit card company wants my picture on the card, they can require it. i dont ever return to places that do this to me. Jamba Juice needs to control the behavior of their franchisers so their stock isn’t as big a piece of underperforming shit in the next 10 years as it has been in the last ten years. Godspeed.

Love this place! Great hours, good juices, smoothies, and easy snacks, quick service, and pleasant staff. Parking can be difficult and sometimes it gets packed during certain hours of the day.

I work down the street so I come here often. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I’m always looking to try something new and they have no issues explaining what’s in each smoothie.

Great location, polite service, nice healthy options. Everything tastes really good and I’m always in and out in 5 minutes or so. Minus one star because last week I ordered a fresh juice and specifically asked for no chia seeds, yet they ended up in my drink. This was important because I’m allergic and had to throw it away without fixing it because I didn’t realize until I was driving off. Also, on many occasions the bathroom was messy.

LOCATION: 5 stars SERVICE: –8 stars FOOD: 5 stars I’ve been here a handful of times, every time has been pretty standard, but this last time over Labor Day weekend solidified the horrible service and inexperience staff that works here. And I just have to write about it.(I hate being spiteful and only writing terrible reviews) We walked in expecting a bit of a wait because of the BOGO offer for juices and smoothies. But we didn’t expect a half hour wait from start to finish. So, they have a line, I get it, I used to work at Starbucks, I’ve seen longer lines and shorter wait times. Hear me out: There are about seven parties ahead of us, waiting to order at the register and about five parties waiting for their orders to be fulfilled, and about five workers. One at the register taking orders, one making drinks, and one calling out drinks… … … … . . Oh yeah, and two more that were… doing busy work. Wait, what? I’m not self-entitled(I know, giving a disclaimer means nothing. LOL) and don’t have to be waited on hand and foot, but why are there three people doing busy work when there is a line to order drinks and a line waiting for drinks? About three parties ahead of us order their drinks before the Team Leader pulls the ONLY cashier person off to restock carrots, apples, and oranges(OHMY!). But she doesn’t have anyone take orders in her place So, we’re stuck waiting for the cashier to come back from about five minutes of restocking and cleaning the back counters. We finally order after fifteen minutes of waiting in line. Now, we wait for our drinks… As the Team Leader makes a few drinks, she leaves the floor along with another person. Um, where did she go and why isn’t anyone else making drinks and filling orders? I’m all for obeying California State Law and taking your mandatory breaks, but have someone else making drinks, if you’re leaving the floor. Even a wrestler doesn’t leave the rink without tagging in a replacement! While the blenders have stopped, and the person calling out drinks aren’t calling out any more drinks, she’s at a standstill. She’s not sure what her new responsibilities are. It’s not her fault, she may be new and not know how to make drinks, but I refuse to believe that there is not another person amongst the five that doesn’t know how to make drinks!(Did that sound right? I felt like there were too many double-triple-quadruple negatives) After a couple minutes of no whirring blenders, a guy emerges from the back room and jumps on making drinks! Hooray! As he’s making our drinks, the Team Leader walks back out of the back room ONHERPERSONALCELLPHONE. I mean, I may not know any better, Jamba could be using cell phones to communicate business now. I’m not one to judge business dealings. Finally, our drinks are called… but they were made by the cashier and the guy. Wait, who’s taking orders? Again, no one. Vicious cycle for this store. Our drinks came out perfect, though. So, they’ve got that going for them. But it just took half an hour to get them, when corporate standard is supposed to be about seven minutes, ten minutes is considered pushing it, according to corporate standards. I’m realistic, I’ll give them fifteen minutes, but half an hour to get in and out of a Jamba Juice(a fast food establishment, let’s be realistic) that is moderately busy. Now that’s a little ridiculous.

HORRIBLE service!!! It took the cashier(in an empty shop) about two minutes to stop his conversation with the other employee to ask me what I would like. In the middle of my order he starts another conversation with another employee than finally pays attention to me only to ask me again what I would like. I had to repeat the order twice then of course he forgot to put my cheddar tomato twist in the heater. One of the SIX employees in this EMPTY shop finally realized I was frustrated and rushed the heater so of course now I have a cold cheddar tomato twist. Shaking my head at these employees! ITWASEMPTYINTHERE!!! Unacceptable!

Drinks are well made but currently waiting for my drink that I used a gift card to purchase, the cashier swiped my card and I walked away not needing a receipt. I sat down and then was hollered at from across the room that I still owed $ 1.65, not a problem but maybe next time walk up to me instead of yelling at me from the register.

Service is excellent, friendly, and welcoming… All do because of their best employee Mr. Brian G. He seemed to be the jack of all trades for this Jamba Juice location and I hope he gets promoted for his excellent service and hard work around the place! Keep up the good work Jamba Juice!

Friendly staff and plenty of parking. Located in Bön Air center with easy access to Sir Frances Drake and the 101. I am so glad they carry oatmeal, what an easy breakfast. Also carry a few bakery items and other breakfast selections. Several outdoor tables to sit and relax.

Just came from here(04⁄04) and had SUCH a great smoothie. Maybe the best one, ever. Service was quick and friendly. Smoothie came out within minutes. I got the Red Gummy Bear(secret menu item) and it was just fantastic. My new, instant fav.

its a jamba juice… I’m sure everyone has been to a Jamba store at least once in their life… you know what to expect… I have mixed experiences at this place. I like this store most of the times since some employees such as Brian, Channel etc know their stuff very well… However, this store also has turn over rates very high… new employees usually can’t keep up with the register during peak hours or they don’t know how to custom an order for you… they ‘ll simply say WECANNOTDOIT ! Even a store new transferred manager Sergio he was very reluctant to do any custom order. He is probably too new and … just want to do his job and go home and we can read from his eyes… «PLEASEDONOTASKMETODOANYTHING that is not on the menu … because Jamba DONOTPAYMEEXTRA for it … »

If you read my previous(scathing) review, you will see how this location once was. They have improved their act,(probably based on my Unilocal review and phone call to corporate). My last few experiences here have been OK. Pleasant, friendly staff, correctly made drinks. They are getting it together…

I don’t come here a lot but when I did go in the other day the girl at the register was so nice! She was smiling and laughing with other customers and treated everyone the same way. I appreciate when an employee is in a good mood and seems to like her or his job. I wish this wasn’t the only Jamba Juice in Marin!

This is a solid Jamba Juice in the area. I’ve never seen it too crowded, the staff is friendly, and I like that there’s actually a lot of space to sit(at the stainless steel bar or outside). They also have a range of food options(wraps, salads) in addition to the standard smoothies.

This one is the best location in the area. The people are nice, they are always fast and my smoothie is always perfect. Convenient location, lots of parking and good selections of baked goods and tasty new wraps and such. My visits never take more than 5 – 10 minutes. I like this location a lot and will continue to come here
