When scheduling an appointment with this doctor at the request of my primary care doctor to see a specialist, I found the receptionist to be nice but unprofessional. This first impression made me skeptical about seeing this particular doctor but initially, I did not make a huge deal of it. I eventually had to schedule an emergency appointment because I was experiencing intense pain. When I called the office, I received the voicemail that the office was closed and did not open until 8:30 am — I had made this phone call around 9:15 am. I left a message emphasizing that I needed an emergency appointment.
I waited a day with no response. So I scheduled with another doctor who was able to get me an appointment the next two business days. It has been several weeks and I still never received a follow-​up call.
I had a great visit with the other doctor and decided to schedule my PCP requested appointment with them as well. I have called Dr. Abdullah’s office several times to cancel my initial appointment. I eventually called their direct messaging service who said they would pass the message to the office. I still have yet to received any confirmation that this appointment was cancelled. I called to make sure as I did not want to be charged for missing the appointment. Again, I received a message that the office was closed for lunch — this was about 1:30 pm after typical office lunch hours.
I am so appalled by the level of service that I decided to write a review which I never do for doctors. Given the lack of service, I would not be surprised if I end up getting billed for a missed appointment and it showing up as unpaid on my credit report because I am unable to contact the office.
Again, until this day, I have never received a follow-​up call for that emergency appointment. More care should be considered regarding people’s health.

I’ve been going to Dr. Abdullah for years, she is amazing. Very patient, up front, and kind.

Dr. Abdullah is a very pleasant and patient doctor, and I don’t have any complaints about her or her office staff. I’m very particular about how I’m treated and handled by the receptionist and the doctor. I never had a problem with making an appointment and when I was running late the staff never made it an issue.
