Topper’s Pizza

Good pizza, but overall unhappy with the service. I went to the Toppers on Military in Green Bay and the man working was pretty rude. He didn’t even look at us when my boyfriend and I came in and stood in front of the counter. He stood facing the other direction for a good minute (Literally just stood there) before acknowledging us and taking our order. When he finally took my order he avoided all eye contact and barely spoke above a mumble, and he sounded quite irritated. Will not be coming back.

Toppers is an over priced, sub standard pizza franchise which caters primarily to late night drunks. Occasionally they provide decent toppersticks but their pizza is some of the worst in Green Bay. Their wings shouldn’t even be available on the menu they are so bad. You can count on delivery being a very long wait, that’s if your food even arrives. Accompany that with rude delivery people and you get your best Toppers experience. Calling to speak to management is like dealing with a child in kindergarten. Clearly there is no training done and they lack skills in customer service. Be prepared to be talked down to and hung up on at the Military location if you’re going to complain about anything. Unless it’s your only option I wouldn’t recommend Toppers to anyone. Bad food, bad service and really bad childish behavior from their management.

My mom and I had never had Toppers before, but my boyfriend said it was good the one time he’d tried it. I think he was eating pizza from somewhere else and got confused, because this was one of the worst pizza experiences we’ve ever had. The sausage pizza was severely overcooked and had almost no cheese on it. The Big Topper had enough ingredients, but had been mishandled so badly the toppings had slid severely to one side and all over that side of the box. The Topperstix were good… once we heated them up. They were the first thing we tried, so they hadn’t been sitting long at all once we got them and they were barely lukewarm and dry. $ 40 for junk. My boyfriend tipped the driver $ 10, but if he’d seen the order before paying for it we would have refused it and ordered elsewhere.

Toppers has on more than one occasion cured our late night craving for wings and pizza. Never dissatisfied with the pizza, wings, or the cheese bread. Every time we place an order we are given a time and every time it shows up early

It is typical mass chain pizza… nothing special, nothing unique. I am sure they use pretty low/​cheap quality ingredients. I ordered the parmesean garlic chicken wings last night… HORRIBLE…i threw them out, and I never throw food out lol. They were soggy, and super fatty! I want to gag thinking about it now. Pretty bad since I was drunk at 3am and still couldn’t stomach them.

I can’t say how the food is because we never got it. I get that it is Monday night football in Green Bay and you’re slammed, but I would expect that a pizza delivery place would anticipate a much higher volume of business and staff accordingly. I ordered a pizza at 12:28 AM and was quoted delivery at 1:08 AM. At 1:25 I called to see how much longer my order would be. After being hung up on once, on the second call I was told my order would be delivered within 30 minutes and I was the drivers 3^rd stop. After waiting another 45 minutes I tried calling again and the phone line was busy. I tried calling again and again, but the phone line was still busy. I am assuming they just took the phone off the hook. So, after waiting so long, there were no other food options available. Save yourself the frustration and do not order from this place.

I had Toppers delivered to my home, and it was the first time I’d had Toppers Pizza since I was in college. In addition, this was the first time I had Toppers earlier than 11 PM, and the first time I ate Toppers while not drunk or high.
My order was delivered quicker than I expected, and everything was in good shape and well assembled. That’s about the end of the positive part of my review. I found just about everything to be overwhelmingly underwhelming. The hand-​tossed pizza crust tasted like bland, spongy white bread. The pepperoni and sausage tasted bland. The Toppers Sticks (Cheesy breadsticks) that me and my pals loved so much at UW-​Oshkosh were bland. Everything tasted… well…bland.
Nothing was really bad. As I said, everything was assembled neatly, and nothing was cooked incorrectly. To be honest, it reminded me of Little Caesar’s. However, you can get a pizza at Little Caesar’s for $ 5.00 while my pizza from Toppers cost about $ 14.00.
If someone had Toppers Pizza at a party, I would certainly eat it, but when I ordered it for dinner, I found myself thinking of the more delicious pizzas I could have ordered. Maybe my tastes have gotten uppity since my college days, but I probably won’t order from Toppers again.

The cheesy breads sticks were great, I also ordered a medium pizza… The pizza was very good. good topping coverage, well cooked, very good sauce.
Overall it was a good pizza and I will order from them again.

Fell in love with Toppers when visiting family in Madison, and was thrilled with Green Bay got one. Love the nontraditional pizzas and the myzas are the perfect size. A bit pricey, but worth the splurge. Only complaint is that they almost always forget my sour cream when I order the baked potato myza.

Tried out the Chicken Tuscano pizza and the Smoky BBQ wings. Pizza was awesome as well as the wings. Delivery was pretty quick and the delivery person even offers plates/​napkins/​parmesan/​red pepper at the door! Only drawback is it’s a bit more expensive than other delivery pizza. However the quality is much better. Will definitely use them again.

Topper’s Pizza makes my soul happy. Topper’s Sticks are as good as it gets for late-​night food runs or big non-​fancy events.
One must remember: this is not meant to be anything more than what it is, so keep your expectation levels low. But, in terms of mass-​produced pizza and other type foods, you’d be hard-​pressed to find better than Topper’s.

Absolutely disgusting. This place makes the other big pizza chains look good. Which is sad considering ALL of them are horrible, Pizza Hut, Dominos, Papa Johns, Little Ceasars… all of them are garbage and this place is worse.
I couldn’t even choke down the cheesesticks, they were almost as bad as the pizza. Every person who told me to order pizza from here was drunk at the time, and now I know why they liked it.

We order from here at least twice a week! Even a simple pepperoni pizza is out this world but with so many specialty pizza’s like the TacoTopper, MeatTopper and the HANGOVER HELPER (w/​potatoes on it) to choose from, its hard to go so simple. They are famous for the topperstix, my fav is the original. A variety of tst’d Grinders, wings, quesadillas andDESERTtopperstix round out the menu. Delivery till 3am everyday and the driver carries a satchel with plates, parm, napkins ect. Never waited more than30min for delivery:)

Absolutely one of the best pizza’s I’ve had in quite a while! The sauce wasn’t over powering. The crust was fabulous, soft and delicious. There was the perfect amount of toppings. I definitely recommend the cheesy bread at well! We ate this pizza that night and the next morning for breakfast! Definitely, a place to order from in Green Bay!
