Description

Specialties

Titletown delivers an experience with its passion for craft beer. When you visit Titletown expect to find at least twelve of our own craft beers on tap. A mix between our core and seasonal beers, we offer quality and variety that cannot be matched. We offer free brewery tours, we just ask you call ahead to schedule a tour.

Our Executive Chef delivers an experience through food. Quality made from scratch dishes; line the menu at Titletown with a pub flare. Try some Titletown Classics like our Pan Fried Walleye, Spicy Elk Burger or our signature Cranberry Turkey Melt. Our Carrot Cake or our Black and Tan Brownie are the perfect end to any meal and are enough for two. Green Bay is one of the greatest places to live (we may be a little biased) we love the people, the culture and the community. When you stop by expect a friendly hello, a warm smile and to feel welcomed. We love to meet out-of-towners and share our passion for craft beer, delicious food and great service.

History

Established in 1996.

In 1893 Green Bay became the headquarters of the Lake Shore Division of the Chicago & Northwestern Railway. In 1897 the C&NW purchased land on the northwest edge of Green Bay to build a new freight yard. The new yard was completed in early 1898, thereby making possible the removal of the old yard in preparation for the construction of the depot.

Charles S. Frost, a Chicago architect, designed the new depot. Mr. Frost designed most of the principle C&NW depots. Construction began in the fall of 1898 and the depot was opened to the public on July 29, 1899. The building consisted of two stories. The first level housed the waiting rooms, lunchroom and ticket office. The upstairs level consisted of the agent’s private office and a clubroom for employees of the C&NW Railway. The ladies’ waiting room was tinted in green, and north of this was a lunchroom. The gentlemen’s waiting room was finished in oak with the walls being in Venetian red.

Titletown Brewing Company opened on December 3, 1996
