UPS Customer Center

This customer center does not offer even a hint of customer service. Trying to pick up a package that they could not deliver to my USPS supplied address was the biggest headache I’ve ever dealt with. FedEX and the USPS haven’t had any trouble at all finding my basement apartment. I’ll never select UPS as my carrier if I can help it.

I missed a package delivery from UPS, and knew I wouldn’t be home the next day, so I thought it would be more convenient to have it held for pickup. Big mistake! Unlike, oh, EVERY other business in the U. S… they’re not open on Saturday! If I had known that I would have just let the delivery process go on. Now if I wanted to have it put back out for delivery, they will charge me a fee. When I made the arrangement on UPS website there was nothing to indicate the customer center wasn’t open at least one weekend day. I guess I assumed it would be since they do deliver Saturdays. I’m posting this review so someone else in Greeley thinking of holding a package for pickup won’t be disappointed. Oh and by the way — they’re only open two hours a day during the week. So be warned.
