Tom and his guys were great. They were even patient with my grouchy dog. Tom measured and gave me the price before they started. They helped move the stuff off of my floors that I hadn’t done yet, very much appreciated.
My carpets have never been cleaner. I would highly recommend them.

Wonderful experience. Worked with Tom and his team. The communication was good, and he was upfront about pricing. He was running ahead of schedule and called to be sure it was OK to come on over. Their prices were reasonable for two floors of approximately 2300 sq ft of carpet and steps. We had several pet stains and odor from two small dogs, and they removed all the odor and most of the stains. They literally get down on their hands and knees to sniff the carpet and make sure there is no more odor. Tom even came back a week or so later and went over some of the stains again at no charge. Our carpet looks amazing and the results are awesome. Nice soft clean carpet, no more odor. Tom is pleasure to work with, and I would use them again in a heartbeat. I definitely recommend TLC Carpet Cleaning.

TLC is a top notch, honest and professional company. They came in and quoted me a reasonable price for pet stains and a 4 room house. Gave me all my options and absolutely no pressure on any extra services. I would definitely recommend them for carpet cleaning. Even gave me a quote for air duct cleaning.

I am so impressed with the service we received from TLC. We had a tough job (pet stains and odor) for them and they stepped up and were able to help. They explained my options, worked hard to resolve our issue and even came back to follow up when the carpet needed just a little more TLC! I felt the prices were reasonable.
Truly one of my best experiences with a carpet company. Can’t wait to have them come back and clean my tile floors.

I had my carpets cleaned this week! The owner (sorry forgot his name) was very knowledgeable! He explained all of my options, which no other company has done before! Even though he had 8+ other houses to clean that day he still was very personable and talked to me! It was very nice! The prices were a little high, but my carpets look great! I really recommend TLC carpet cleaning!

I called to schedule our carpet cleaning and lucked out with a next day availability. Tom is extremely personable and quite hands on with his team.
