It looks nice, and the grounds are taken care of, but there is a really bad moisture (probably mold) problem that’s going to become a legal issue soon if management doesn’t get its stuff together.
There is a huge KNOWN infestation of roly poly bugs, which basically means the walls have a lot of moisture in them. And by infestation, I mean we probably throw about 30 — 40 outside every single day. They come out of the walls and crawl across the carpet — it’s gross, and management doesn’t care in the least.
Maintenance takes probably one to two weeks to fix anything, so in the meantime, your life is disrupted, and you become resentful because you’ve fulfilled your end of the bargain by paying rent, yet management is letting you live in filth.
The garbage areas are truly disgusting, and most people living here for some reason think being a responsible dog owner means to open the front door and let the unleashed dog out to shit wherever it feels like. It attracts flies and disease, and is extra awesome during the hot summer months.
Do yourself a favor and DON’T live here! You can find better for a better or same price. This place is literally ruining our health, and we can’t leave because you need to give a 60-​day notice, so good luck finding a place that’ll wait for you for 60 days.

I have lived here for 7 months now and have had an overall pretty good experience. I really love the manager here, she is very friendly, and the maintence guy is very nice and have fixed things that I have needed the same day or the following day. They do have their faults like not enough parking, you have assigned parking, and only allowed one space, and 10 a month extra for another one, otherwise it is street parking. (not a fan) Utilities are fairly cheap, and doesn’t take much to heat the apartment! Only other thing is the cost to have a pet is crazy! Also I have been waiting for cabinets below my island and sink in the kitchen. (keep being told they are on order) The model is not like your apartment, in the model you have drawers on your island in the kitchen, and in your apartment, they are just for show. Wasn’t happy. But overall as long as the management is nice, Im okay. Love how close it is to everything

Great units. Horrible services for the price. Our apartment wasn’t ready for us on the day we moved in and had no other choice. It took three weeks to have the painting finished. It has been like pulling teeth to get things fixed and taken care of! There have been lots of little things that have been broken or not fixed. It has been difficult to work with management here. I am very very busy with work, I have made appointments and they have missed every one of those appointments. I am disappointed in this experience. They had so much to offer over the phone and none of those promises have been fulfilled. These places are very nice with fire place, pool and hot tub. Otherwise I would not recommend living here do to the management. The two guys they have working in the maintenance department are very great smart guys. They have helped a lot with things. All in all don’t live here! Really expensive per square foot and not all that great.
