The sight of this restaurant TRIGGERSME. I went in for a late dinner on a Saturday, and boy was I in for a treat. I experienced one of the most weird interactions with their staff members, as they treated us like we weren’t even speaking english. I attempted to order food, but was stopped after every word due to the lack of comprehension of the cashier, Jackson. After managing to disrupt us at every moment, we still had to repeat our order and he managed to screw it up. I felt violated. Not only did he have trouble communicating with us, but he seemed to be trying to carry on a conversation with other staff members and just ignoring us. This act of ignoring us allowed other customers to cut us in line. Once we received our food, it was satisfactory. Upon exiting the restaurant, we wanted to «refresh» our drinks, no one would acknowledge us standing at the counter, and when the female staff member finally came over to take our drinks, she managed to screw up our«refreshment» after going MIA for almost 2 minutes. I will never set foot inside this place again and am afraid that my life would be in danger as they treated me like second class citizens.

I’ll get directly to the point. This Chick-fil-a is by far the best customer service oriented Chick-fil-a I’ve visited. The staff is always very polite and professional. The food is fresh and hot. Keep up the awesome work and thank you for the excellent customer service.

It’s really hard to find a Chick-fil-A that actually cares once you leave the South, but this one to my surprise, was excellent! Great management and staff, keep up the good work y’all!
