It’s a quick change place. Not much for amenities, but if you are going looking for that then you need a new hobby. The guys have always been nice, if a little rushed. Never have had a problem with anyone or any service received. Always annoying to be up sold, but that happens at all service locations.

I use to go here all the time and then I bought a new car and went there for my first oil change and there were two lines the assistant manager told me to get behind this one car and that it would be another 10 15 mins. I waited another 45 mins plus she let someone ahead of me that came 10 mins after me. And she waited until then to tell me that she didn’t have my filter for my car and that they would have to go get it. And that I would have to come back and call first so they could run and get it. What!!! Why didn’t she tell me that when I was waiting all that time and why couldn’t they go get it then! I now have to find another place to go get my oil changed at! I will never go back there.

I went there about 1 year ago. i had received an oil change. apparently they didn’t put the oil cap back on and destroyed my engine. a $ 50 oil change turned into a $ 2000 repair. be ware.

An awful experience for my girlfriend. They did not give her enough information and she wound up getting a $ 75 oil change for her 2007 Ford Escape. She thought she was getting a regular oil change and they put synthetic oil in the vehicle instead. Then when I called to complain, the assistant manager told me they simply asked her if she wanted what she had gotten previously. When she insisted she wanted a regular oil change, they gave her the premium service at the highest price. They never told her that she could have gotten a satisfactory oil change for less.
Do not ever go there. They do not care at all about providing good customer service. They will rip you off if you don’t know what to ask.
