Had a small crack in my windshield. Went to safelite assuming they would be cheap. He told me without looking at the damage it’ll cost $ 140 and that if they broke the windshield in the process they weren’t responsible. I walked out and went to touch of glass, they looked at it within minutes and said they could try to fix it or they could replace the windshield for 175 and insurance would cover it. They had it done within the hour. Would definitely recommend it.

my Honda Accord needed a new windshield. I did a Google search and found
Touch of Glass was right in my home town. I called ahead and got an appointment
that same day. The windshield was installed flawlessly. They helped me file a claim
on my Insurance and it was totally covered. The service was great, I would highly

Great people at this place. I had an appointment later in the day that I couldn’t miss. They told me when to come in and had my windshield replaced and send me on my way well before I needed to get going. Not only were they friendly and accommodating, but they were also extremely helpful with insurance, giving me great advice so that I didn’t get ripped off in any way. While I hope that I don’t have to go back, I know that if I do I’ll be treated right.

The owner and tinter are great. They will make sure you are a satisfied customer. I went in a couple weeks ago to get my windows tinted and I got an estimate for 100 $ for 4 windows. Not bad.
As for the tint job, I’d give it a 3.5÷5.

My MB CLA window was broken I found Touch of Glass on the internet made an appt with their Brooklyn location but just a few hours before I called their Great Neck location and spoke to Tony he told me he could have the window brought to the Great Neck location. I arrived for my appt got my window fixed and left a very happy customer. Tony is a great Business man he is all about customer satisfaction and so is his team a Touch of Glass in Great Neck. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! I repeat OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!
Now that I got that out the way, these guys are great, I was going to cancel my appointment after seeing the reviews about Touch of glass on Atlantic Ave, but the owner told me of their location in Great Neck since I work n Long Island .
They were scheduled to come to my job but since it was raining I got a call from Tony who said it was raining and he would need a place where the car could be covered so he could do the work. I didn’t have that at work since the parking lot was out in the open so I told them I will come after work.
I came in and was greeted very professionally, they took my car and it took about 30 minutes to take off the cracked windshield and replace it. They even offered to get me a rear view mirror since mine got torn off thanks to my boyfriend — who is now an ex…
now if they could just help me find a boyfriend… lol

Called them at 4pm on a Wednesday afternoon for my BMW windshield that needed to be replaced. They told me they didn’t have it in stock and I informed them that I was in a rush to get it done. They actually have another location in Brooklyn where one of the co workers drove the windshield down for me. Is that good service or what. My windshield was installed with great care and I was out by 6pm. No leaks no cracks. Very professional and I really appreciate their help. Thank you tony!
