i wish there was a lower rating. they do not use proper lasers for safe laser hair removal. they use a cheap skin rejuvenator and turn it up so that it will kill hair follicles. it has been well over a year and my legs still covered in striped burn marks. do not go.

I had 6 sessions of LHR on my lower legs. The machine they use is IPL, which is not a true laser machine from what I read. The service is just fine, but what I don’t like is their expectation of tips and their need to remind customers of it. On my 3rd visit or so I noticed they had signs up that Groupon or Amazon deals do not include gratuity. I always tipped before but they must not have remembered because at the end of my session the receptionist mentioned to me that tipping was not included with any voucher deal. I found that to be very rude. The signs are up there and customers can read. No need to single people out when I have tipped everytime. I am also tired of people in the service industry expecting tips. They need to be reminded that tipping is voluntary and based on the customer’s perception of the service they received. If they do not receive a tip, there may be a reason why. Sure, some people may forget to tip and so I understand why they put up the signs, but I was very put off by their verbal reminder. As for the results, my hair growth is reduced but I still have some, but it grows very slowly now. I have burn marks from the last session because the setting was too high(they just recharged all their cartridges so it was particularly powerful). The marks are still there 1 month later, hope they will fade faster since spring/summer is approaching. I would recommend going elsewhere for LHR. Look for places that use YAG lasers and not IPL.
