Meet the Manager
Robert S.
Manager
The Brasserie Americana was inspired by Executive Chef Robert Stancati. Previously, Chef Robert operated the Officers’ Club at the nearby U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. There, Chef Robert provided services to top U.S. officials with banquet services and al la carte dining.
Chef Robert has always been inspired by the French culinary arts, and the influence French cuisine has had on American cooking and dining. Chef’s idea was to create somewhat of a French/American fusion with a gastro pub like menu.
