The customer service is amazing.
I’ve had my account with them for a few months, and have called with questions. Each time, they answer them efficiently (hardly any wait time) while being extremely friendly. Same deal the few times I have stopped into the branch. I like them enough that I am considering transferring the accounts that I have had for 10+ years with other banks to them.

The best customer service I have ever felt with. I an e been a member for over eight years and will not change banks. They don’t have the amount of brick and motor buildings that I would like (build one in Nashville!) but the online and phone app make up for it.

This place got me paid. I got hooked up with two or three loans during my A-​school and paid each off promptly. Direct deposit etc. Guess what? Years later and I still have a checking account, savings account, 2 credit cards and a line of credit through NFCU.
I only wish I were in the Navy still so I can sing «I’m on a Boat» while cruising on a destroyer. So much for that.
