History

Established in 2001.

We started our company AV Architects as architects producing design drawings for our clients and simply supervising construction on their behalf. After realizing that this approach was not in the best interest of the client in the home remodeling industry since we were not able to guarantee the cost, schedule and material selections, we added AV Builders to our company as the construction branch.

Today we are Architects/​Builders delivering high-​end residential projects of all styles in the Washington DC Metro area.
