Specialties
We are a contemporary restaurant in the Berkshires serving locally sourced ingredient menus based on the four seasons. A full bar featuring artisan cocktails and an award winning wine list is available. We specialize in sustainable caught new england seafood, our own smoked salmon, raw oysters, and French inspired regional fare. We will be celebrating our 10th year in 2015. History
Established in 2006.
Originally located in an address across the street half the size, we moved to the historic Jenifer House Commons in 2013. The restaurant has been in operation since 2006. Owners Adam and Sylwia have been greeting and cooking for guests for ten years! In recent years the café has been featured on the Today Show and the TV show Live at Daryl’s House. We look forward to our 3rd Wine Spectator Award in 2015 for our 500 selection wine list. We take you food, drink and dining experience seriously.
Meet the Business Owner
Adam Z.
Business Owner
I opened the café after working as a chef for twenty years. My career has led me to Boston, London, New York, France and Wales. (Please review the café ADAM web site for a full bio.) I currently am the director of the kitchen, beverage program and artistic design of the restaurant. My passion is for my guests to have a unique and memorable experience from interacting with my staff and reveling in our cuisine. I pride myself on gathering local produce and farm goods and featuring them in dishes on our menus.
