To Bead or Knot 2 Bead is a full service bead store that has a large range of beads and supplies. We carry Japaneses Seed Beads and Delicas, Czech Glass, fresh water and Swarovski Pearls, Swarovski Crystals and Chinese Crystals and so much more. Our beads are sold individually as well as by the string.

We also offer a wide range of classes to help the bead newbie to the more experienced bead artist. We have classes on Bead Weaving, Stringing, Wirework, Bead Embroidery, and Crystal Clay.

The store also children’s birthday parties that start at just $ 15 per child.

We offer jewelry repair on strung jewelry.

History

Established in 2003.

We started out a home show business and taking all of our beads to people homes to design one of a kind pieces. The most popular was the mothers bracelets. We quickly out grew that had a chance to open our own store front as a gift store. We then realized our dream was to become a bead store.

In 2005 we opened as a full service bead store in Lindenhurst, Il.

In 2008 we moved to Grayslake, Il and have been living the bead life ever sense.

Business Owner

Lynn started out as just the manager and teacher at To Bead or Knot 2 Bead and in 2011 became one of the owners.

Lynn spend most days at the store working on future projects and teaching up to 3 times a day at the store.
