Community Youth Network (CYN) Counseling Center is a non-​profit organization which serves children, individuals, couples and families In the North Chicago, IL area. With a focus on families, CYN has developed a variety of specialized programs to serve the needs of the Northern Illinois area since 1978.

A multi-​disciplinary team of dedicated, licensed psychotherapists, social workers and counselors are available to provide the highest quality services possible.

Our services include:

Insurance is accepted. Family counseling fees are $ 90 per session. A sliding scale is available for those that are eligible starting at $ 25.

History

Established in 1978.

Community Youth Network, Inc. (CYN) is a private not-​for-​profit corporation with its office centrally located in Lake County (Grayslake, IL). The initial program was an innovative effort in inter-​agency case coordination to a target population of the most serious child abuse and neglect cases in Lake and McHenry Counties. Over the years, the agency has expanded its scope by developing programs that provide specialized counseling in the areas of Comprehensive Youth Services, Sexual, Physical, Abuse and Neglect Services, Child Sexual Abuse Prevention, Family Preservation, Delinquency Prevention, Addiction Services, and General Counseling Services.
