Natalie is a graduate of East Tennessee State University and a Johnson City resident. She has a degree in Public Relations and Marketing. Natalie has been with Pop A Lock of Tri Cities since February, 2012 and has since gained the title and responsibility of Business Operations Manager in June, 2013.

Natalie’s main priority is customer service. She focuses on customer satisfaction and does everything she can to ensure successful business endeavors.

I just bought my house and needed it rekeyed this morning. I had this scheduled two days ago for someone to come at 8:30am this morning. Not only did he not show up, a half hour later my husband had to locate his number, contact him and ask where he was, and the guy said he had something come up. This is not great customer service, I’m going with a local company, like I should have in the first place.
