Windy is the Owner/​Operator of Expanding Life Holistic Therapy. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and has practiced in Grass Valley for 19 years. Her perspective in life is from a Holistic approach and her practice is guided by Mindfulness of Mind, Body and Spirit.
