I’ve been going to Rod’s for three years now. Whether it was for a broken power supply on my desktop, fixing the hardware on an old laptop or buying a brand-​spanking-​new desktop — the service has always been top of the line, the results are always pleasing and the prices are fair and reasonable.
If your computer needs repairs, I’d recommend Rod’s because of the speed and efficiency with which repair works are done. If you need a new computer or just looking for a refurbished old one, it’s the only place I’d recommend.

Love this place! Has inexpensive computer accessories, games and ink. Went in for a quote for a laptop repair and all it needed was a simple fix. The gentleman in the store fixed it in under five minutes and for free! That was so nice of him and I will definitely be coming back.

Typical Grass Valley customer service: owner glares at you when you walk in & basically acts like you’re inconveniencing him by entering his store. Another local business I’ll never return to.

The prices are ULTRA high, I can get the same games on
for a lot less. They also don’t take games back if the game is not working (the disc itself is the problem), they just tell you to contact the maker. As far as I’m concerned it’s the owners responsibility to contact the maker of the game and resolve it, not yours.
