This business goes the extra distance. My key ring was stolen including a key to a 20 year old file cabinet. I asked Reeds what it would cost to re-​key the cabinet and they were so helpful. Ended up they could look up the cabinet model and make a key from the spec’s for a nominal cost. We were both delighted with the result, rather than me buying a new file cabinet and moving everything + disposing of the old or them visiting my home and having to charge as much as a new cabinet would cost. How wonderfully old fashioned!
