I cannot say enough amazing things about Ingrid. We hired her for our July wedding in Lake Tahoe and she did an incomparable job and was worth every penny.

Ingrid is phenomenal, and I do not throw that word around often.
She loves her job and it shows. Her shots are creative, beautiful and well thought-​out, which is not easy to do when you are shooting action/​candids. I also loved that she shoots with film, not digital. It really makes a difference in quality.
Ingrid has a sweet demeanor and is very easy to work with. The husband does not like taking photos or being the center of attention, but he felt comfortable around her. She does not ask you do stupid poses or tell lame jokes to try and make you laugh.
We got hundreds of shots to chose from and there were only a handful of duds. That’s HUGE! She does a photo blog and slideshow of all her weddings — you can view via her website.

Unfortunately Ingrid was not available to shoot my wedding but I would highly recommend her to anyone. She was so extremely helpful on the phone offering me great advice on what to expect and demand from a photographer — so nice and unexpected from someone you dont know and who just gave birth 2 days before!
She also shot the weddings of a couple of my friends who just raved about her. Please note she does tons of weddings in the Bay Area (she is based in Grass Valley).
