I bought a fixer house in 2003– these guys did pergo flooring in the common areas, working off essentially bare boards. At the time, they were totally reasonable to schedule with, efficient, and well-​priced.
I’m now out of the country (okay, Canada, but still) and using the house as a rental. I needed to get the carpets in the bedrooms replaced. Bob handled the job with me calling it in, working with my outgoing tenant and the incoming, and getting it done in the time frame I needed, all over the phone, with absolutely zero hassle.
Bob rocks.
