Body Logic Physical Therapy

I could not have asked for a better experience than I received at Body Logic PT. From the front office to all of the PT staff, I was treated with friendship and respect. I had total knee replacement and the PT that I received here was very caring and professional. I had the sense that all I had contact with had a deep knowledge of how to treat my condition. I found the results remarkable. My sessions are now completed and I am very happy with my range of motion leg strength. Highly recommend these folks!

Body Logic has given me renewed hope! I have been through PT before with very little results. I have just finished my 4^th visit at Body Logic and now have hope that my back pain will not result in agony as I age. Nathan Tanney is very well educated, thorough, and concerned with my pain level during our sessions. Nathan explains every step of my treatment in great detail… which I appreciate.
The office and support staff are wonderful. Danielle and Andy are just wonderful and make you feel very welcomed.
I recommend Body Logic for anyone dealing with chronic pain issues.

I wish that I would have made an appointment here months ago for an achilles and calf problem. Honest, affordable, professional, and I now have realistic exercise and treatment plan to resolve the problem.

Magic… Well that is what it feels like when you can see mobility improvement after one session. Thank you Jack I feel confident my care is in excellent hands. John treated me several years back for a different horse riding accident that caused pain in my lower back. I had tried chiropractic, acupuncture and yoga none of which made the pain go away. The exercises that John prescribed did the trick. It felt like a miracle as I was in pain for more than a year before A friend recommended Body Logic. I was also in a auto accident that totaled my truck John helped with that recovery also. They know their stuff. Body Logic is a great name since Body Wizards would be kinda weird…

Have been a client at Body Logic for 4 years. The physical therapists are excellent. They are very knowledgeable, fantastic in diagnosing and treating you. They are all trained in palates as well as being having a Masters or PHD in physical therapy so they work with you in strengthening to prevent further injury. The aids are also great in assisting you. I have chronic back problems and Lori Sams and Back class keeps me moving, drug free with minimal discomfort. The office is well run and efficient at scheduling and billing … everyone with a smile a good humor. My husband and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else for treatment.

So glad I wound up here, my insurance was excepted with ease and I was able to get an appointment (which I was in dire need of !) within a day. Extremely friendly and courteous staff, The owner John took the time to greet me and make sure I understood the process. All and all I’ll definitely go back, and for what it’s worth if you have any PT you should too !

I am a huge believer in physical therapy. After receiving PT in West Sacramento, chronic pain in my shoulder and wrists was relieved. So when I was referred to Body Logic by my doctor for help with my knee pain, I anticipated good results. Although I still have knee pain, I don’t blame Body Logic, because my pain may be due to a problem that can not be helped through PT.
I saw three different therapists during my short time there. They ranged from fair to excellent, so the two star rating isn’t due to my PT, despite feeling deferred to support staff more often than not. Most of the staff was fine, but since the office staff and the therapist support staff seems to change on a regular basis, it’s hard to say. One person didn’t change, and she is almost the sole reason that I can not recommend this place.
Her name is Danielle, and she is the office manager. Danielle is one of those people who shouldn’t be providing customer support. When I was going in as a patient, she never failed to make me feel un-​welcomed and an inconvenience. She exudes attitude. She doesn’t listen. She has a «can’t do» attitude. She does not know how to diffuse a situation. From a customer service perspective, there isn’t one good thing I can say about her.
In my case, I had a billing dispute. I was sure that I was paid up when I left, but I’ve been receiving past due notices from their billing department (in Georgia, of course). I tried calling the billing department first but didn’t have any success fixing the problem, so I called Body Logic. They told me to call the billing department. After looking up my Visa statements and comparing them to the past due notices, I finally determined part of the problem (a payment applied to a date in the future). I left messages with the billing department, but they weren’t returning my call, so I stopped by Body Logic. I was told there was no one there who could help. They said they would give Danielle a message, and she would get back to me. Never happened. Meanwhile, the dates on the past due statements were changing, and I was having a hard time making heads or tails of what was going on.
Finally, I went into Body Logic again today to try to get my bill straightened out once and for all. I don’t recognize any of the office staff except Danielle. Honestly, the rest of the staff could not have been more friendly. I get the feeling they have trouble retaining friendly faces behind the counter. Maybe they pay crap wages and Danielle is the only one stupid enough to stay? Maybe they can’t stand working with such an asshole? Just theory and conjecture, but I’d wager it’s a combination of those things.
I presented my case to the first non-​Danielle staffer. She directed me to Danielle. Danielle didn’t listen long before dishing out the attitude. So, from the get go, I was pissed. Then she told me I was wrong. Then she started complaining about my children and how she had to take a call outside because they were so disruptive. Then lots of what she couldn’t do. She couldn’t print the Visa Statements that I emailed because their internet was down. She couldn’t contact her boss, because he wasn’t available. She COULD NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME AT ALL. I finally paid the money they claimed I owed just to make it go away.
I feel disrespected and ripped off by Body Logic. If I felt like they had their act together, I would feel more inclined to believe the mistake was on my part. But they clearly don’t know what they are doing. For the lousy choice of office manager and lousy choice of billing support, they would get 0 stars. Balanced out by the half-​hearted effort of the rest of the staff, brings them up to a reluctant 1 stars.
