WOW! I am so impressed with this company! Family owned with good old-​fashioned and highly rated customer service. From start to finish I was comfortable and delighted with A-​1 Carpet Masters — easy and fast booking, accommodating schedule, great communication. Ty was patient as I took him through the job, gave me a fast and MORE THAN REASONABLE quote… at least $ 40 less than my last two companies I used. But, less is MORE — my carpets have never been so fresh and clean. No chemical odor and dried super quick. Will be inviting them back 3x times a year — VERY HAPPY. I feel good about having carpeting in my home now, when I was on the verge of replacing with hardwood… now how is THAT for saving money!

Absolutely AWESOME company with state of the art equipment and extremely helpful crew. The last time we had carpets cleaned (before A-​1 at a different home) the guy used a version of a steam cleaner, and it seemed like a total rip off. HOWEVER A-​1 uses a WHOLE DIFFERENT SYSTEM for cleaning that is miraculous as far as making your carpets look BRAND new again and smell good. Even upon leaving our house the carpets didn’t seem very wet, it was practically like dry cleaning for carpets, I don’t know what kind of equipment they have but it rules. They squeezed us in last minute and DID NOT disappoint. AN amazing deal as they made our cream colored faux Berber carpets look BRAND NEW AGAIN (ready for a move out walk thru) and the charge was only the slim 90 $ minimum. Absolutely terrific family run business! Our new rental has awful carpets with pee stains from old chihuahuas and we are going to have them come and do the carpets just so we can feel like we own the place! They truly know how to care for and refresh a carpet and will give you tips while servicing your house. THANK YOU A-​1!!!

We were searching for a carpet cleaner with exceptional service and the ability to do a good job with eco-​friendly products. These guys didn’t disappoint. They used a mild detergent on the carpets, were extremely pleasant and helpful on the phone and in person, arrived promptly and worked miracles on our graying carpet. I’m so happy to have our beautiful white carpets back! Their pricing was also more competitive than two other cleaners we contacted. We’ll definitely call them again – should mention they were happy to do any size job even just the high-​traffic spots and would come out again just to do those if we wanted.
