I am not easily impressed and I was impressed. In and out in 30 mins at a specialist. I did not feel rushed. The staff was very friendly to me and my 4 yr old I had to bring with me. Dr Janicki did a thorough exam and explained my diagnosis and treatments well with diagrams and demonstration.

So I dread going to Ear, Nose & Throat doctors. I have had just a stupid amount of surgery on my ears, nose, and throat and I suspect I haven’t needed most of them. But alas, the time came that I needed to find an ENT in DFW and my beloved and trusted primary physician sent me here to Dr. Roberge. Dr. Roberge was great — very friendly, kind, and didn’t recommend any superfluous surgeries so that was great! The staff was a little less than great. They weren’t wearing scrubs, so it was a little strange having an otherwise unidentifiable nurse wearing camo and a hoodie call my name and lead me to the back. I had to get a hearing test while I was there and the audiologist wasn’t terribly friendly but she wasn’t rude, either. She also told me my hearing loss was in the wrong ear, confirmed by the paper printout of the results. She was a little brusque so maybe she was in a hurry? Should I need to see an ENT again, I’ll definitely come back and I suppose that’s the best test of whether a doctor is okay or not.
