This taco bell is hit and miss. Most of the time my order is correct, the staff is always friendly, and the food quality is just what I expect of taco bell. But this one has a habit of messing up your order like this last time when they missed the drink. Otherwise this is my preferred taco bell in the grapevine area unless I find a better one.

I wouldn’t even give this place a single star. In the drive through for 20 mins and only three cars ahead of me. Safe to say that the service sucks here!

Tried again– should have known better. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes while the employees in the back ignored me. I worked at a Taco Bell when I was in college and we never left the counter unattended. I’m done– not coming back! I had to rate them one star since the app won’t allow negative stars!

This place closed at 2pm so don’t come here as advertised on Unilocal!!!We cane here with Unilocal and it shows online that this place closes at 230 but this is not true; we got here and the guy informed us that they close at 2pm; not cool; Taco Bell needs to update this with Unilocal

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Most of the employees seem to care less about making food that people would actually want to eat. Their loaded Griller is more like the skinniest burrito you’ll ever see. I’ve complained once before and showed a manager what I received, and he asked me what was wrong with it! I’ll tell you what was wrong with it. The Griller literally had 5 potatoes on it, a drop of sour cream, had a couple bits of bacon, and wasn’t even grilled, nor wrapped up. And to top it off, they completely forgot to give me the second Griller I had ordered. This is all after they forced me to pull up to the front of the store when there was no one behind me. They consistently under portion and under cook their foods. Only reason I ever go to this place is because they’re open late and I work nights. The employees are mostly rude and obviously don’t care to be working. If you can go to another Taco Bell(or a different restaurant), then go to it.

While previous experiences at the drive thru have been positive(quick and accurate), I was disappointed by my recent dine in experience. Specifically, the tables and floor were VERY dirty, covered with leftover food bits, straw wrappers and just plain dirty; not to mention the trash can was filled. I was most shocked by the kids’ high chairs that not only have recent food, but also a kind of grime that looked like it may have been there a while! There was only another couple in the dining room and no one else came in after us, not even through the drive thru; so they weren’t too busy. And, one guy came out and wiped down a couple of tables(that actually looked clean), but ignored the rest. I just don’t understand. Makes me wonder what the kitchen is like. :(

We arrived and there was nobody at the counter to help us. We waited and waited and waited as we heard laughter in the kitchen. I finally started to jingle my keys and got the woman’s attention. So we placed our order, got our drink cups and sat down, the first thing I said to my wife was«as dead as this place you think they had time to clean it», nasty tables! And worse yet was the food. OMG, I ordered a chicken quesadilla from the dollar menus and OMG was it nasty! I will never eat Taco Bell ever again. It used to be good, 15 years ago. Something’s changed, for the worse.

A relatively renovated, standard taco bell. Food has always been fresh and hot(By Taco Bell standards, everyone). My orders have always been correctly made. Wait-staff/front staff are friendly and responsive. Food is relatively cheap. What else can you expect from a Taco Bell??? I can only go to Taco Bell when my wife is out of town, but I make sure to go here at least once when she is!

It is your typical Taco Bell. I have not had it in long while and now I remember why… same bland ingredients used for each item but in a different way. The service is good but slow and they move like they would rather be somewhere else.

I really liked coming here for lunch because it was close to work. I always have my order messed up. They use to have free wifi but they stopped broadcasting about a month ago. I asked the manager about it and they only shrugged their shoulders. I will be eating down the street at another business that offers free wifi. Update* Decided to eat here again. This time I ordered a double decker taco and the cashier asked me if I wanted crispy or soft. WTF. it already comes as both. Second problem is that this store charges for extra red sauce. I called a different bell and the manager says that corporate locations don’t charge for extra onions or red sauce and that franchises can charge whatever they want. So I guess this is a franchise. So beware. You aren’t paying typical prices at this location. I will never return

Last night I revisited this location for the first time in over a year. And I have to say that things have changed. Some changes were for the better, some were for the worse. My primary complaint on my last visit was that virtually every item on my order was incorrect every time I ordered past 9 p.m. The order this time, placed at 10:02 p.m., was very similar to that of my last visit: 2 Bean Burritos, beans and cheese only. 2 Chicken Soft Tacos, chicken and cheese only. 1 Beef Soft Taco, meat and cheese only. 1 side of sour cream. I’m happy to say that everything was correct this time. There were no difficulties in communication, every item was correct, there were no delays, and all items were both hot and fresh. Unfortunately, there were still some problems. First of all, I asked what they had in the way of diet and lemon lime sodas. My glasses were dirty and I just couldn’t see the logos on the menu properly. I was told they had Diet Pepsi, which I personally dislike, but they didn’t carry any kind of lemon lime soda. Once I drove to the window I saw they had Sierra Mist. Sierra Mist is a lemon lime soda. The girl working the drive thru literally didn’t know that Sierra Mist was a lemon lime soda. Second, the food has become incredibly bland. I know Taco Bell isn’t the most flavorful Tex-Mex-ish food available, but I don’t remember it being this bland. There was very little difference in flavor between the Chicken Soft Tacos and the Beef Soft Taco. For that matter, there was very little difference in flavor between the Bean Burritos and the Chicken Soft Tacos. I’ve had tofu with more flavor. I have to admit they’ve improved. But not enough where I can give them more than three stars.
