Horrible service, especially right now since they’re under construction, which is only to the façade of the store that I can tell so it gives the«employees» here even more excuse to not do their jobs properly. The couple times my family and I have been here previously, we’ve literally had to track down the store manager to actually have anything done but Saturday was the last straw. Came in to buy shoes for my husband and daughter. We found a style of shoe my daughter likes and wanted, so I asked an associate to see if her size was in the back. Last time we came, the manager happily went back and found additional sizes in a shoe we wanted. The guy I talked to on Saturday was tall, dark hair with glasses and no work ethic whatsoever. He said most of the styles were all on the floor and proceeded to check out the shelf where I combed through to find her size already. Hey, slacker! If I was asking you to look for a size in the back, don’t you think that means I already looked on the shelf and her size wasn’t there?! So he asks me why I need that size and not a size down… maybe because it wouldn’t fit her foot?! So he doesn’t say a word or go in the back, just slithers his way back to behind the cashier counter. I stood there in disbelief… so no «sorry, we don’t have a back room?» No nothing? Just gonna go sit your beehind behind the cashier counter and blatantly ignore me? Fine. So I asked a girl with a half shaved head if I could get another size from the back to which I got a snotty«ma’am, we don’t have a back room due to the construction». Umm, OK? The construction is for the façade of your store, not the store room in back but whatever. The managers here need to seriously have a come-to-Jesus meeting with their associates about customer service and attitude adjustment. Wish I could give this store a zero star.

Worst service ever. They never have my size in any popular style. Only one employee in the store was ever helpful and when he’s helping someone, all the rest want to stand around and chat with their coworkers. When I ask for help the others brush you off and say, «they only send us one box of that size.» No attempt to help find me something else that might work. Apparently I was in the way and two employees trying to stock literally told me to leave the area they wanted to stock. Here’s a clue young employees: it’s a big store. If a customer is shopping in the area you want to stock, say excuse me or go somewhere else in the store to stock. I will never go back to this store again. I wish I could rate zero stars.

I was promised buns of steel if I bought the skecher shape ups. They only thing I got were shin splints and lower back pain. I can remember the slick talking sales person telling me these were the next big thing in the shoe game. I figured hey I will be on top of the trend boy was I wrong. I can remember showing up to work with what I thought were some kick ass shoes only to be shamed by all my coworkers. The only people that liked my shoes were just days away from using a walker with tennis balls on the front legs. Damn you skechers for tricking me with the thoughts of becoming the poster boy for the next big thing. I might as well go back to my teva sandals and cut off jorts. I hope by writing this review I can save just one person from the shame I felt wearing those damn shape ups.
