For starters, I was reeled in by false advertisement of $ 10 eyebrow threading. Didn’t find out it was $ 11 until I was charged. Yeah it’s only a buck, but update your prices or be up front about it beforehand.
The lady did an OK job on my eyebrows. I would have appreciated the tweezing of some strays I had on one side which I did myself afterwards. She also made me bleed a little which I know happens sometimes but at least apologize no?
I was also confused because advertisement says they have waxing services but when I asked, the lady said only threading… Lastly, I didn’t like that they ask for full name, email and phone number. I explained I don’t live here, but it’s for «formality» ugh.

The woman was polite and did her job. I was growing my eyebrows back in so it had been over a year since anyone had done my eyebrows and I was a little nervous. I told her I needed them shaped, but I didn’t want them too thin. They could have been worked a little more but overall I can’t complain.

Ugh, I was recommended by a friend who liked this place. So I went, my eye brows were perfect and just needed to be cleaned up. The shape, length and everything were great minus the little hairs growing around it.
Now after, my eye brows are short, too much of it was taken off. They didn’t have enough money in their drawer to give me change back and tried to get me to buy more product after I said I already had eye brow powder.
Probably never again!

I wish I could give this place a ZERO. The employee refused to thread between my eyebrows, stating that «I don’t do that. It isn’t my style.» Also. When trying to explain something to her, she said to me, «Somebody is spoiled, isn’t she?». Inexcusable behavior. Unilocal is tailor-​made for businesses just like this. I’ve never reviewed anything before but felt compelled after this treatment.

I find it strange to have a Brow Bar in the middle of a mall. That said, the experience was decent, but I probably won’t go back. It’s your typical threading studio. There was no one in the place when I entered, so i didn’t have to wait, but I felt the threaders were almost battling over who was going to help me. The price is average with other studios. Also, the place lacked cleanliness. If you’re short on cash, this is the place for you.

Complete rip off!!! Do not buy a package and/​membership. I paid $ 45 for 5 eyebrow treading and only had 3. Every time I went they always had an issue finding my membership in the computer. I always had had to use my receipt but what’s the point if it was put in the system. Today I got told that I had to pay for my visit because it was after 3 months. I WILL NEVER RETURN FOR YOUR SERVICES!!!’
