I have been a patient here for nearly 5 years & I have to say, the Physicians here are very polite, they don’t rush tell you the diagnosis & they allow you to ask any questions. I also feel the care in this clinic, from all Physicians, Staff & nurses.

Love Dr. Donegan and Dr. Llanos. Both of my daughters and myself have used them for several years. They are very thorough and take the time to listen and discuss any concerns we have. Great practice!

I’ve been seeing Dr Donegan now for many years related to various injuries. He always takes the time to listen & answer my questions which is very important to me. Recently he suggested a second opinion about my MRI & followed up exactly as he said he would, even calling me directly to discuss the results. I like feeling cared for/​about & would definitely recommend NTO!

I have used this practice for years. They have treated injuries to my hands, shoulders and knees at various times. (yes, I am becoming a «vintage» model of myself).
Each time, the doctor has taken the time to discuss that happened, how t treat it and what the long term issues may be and how to deal with them. I have used them for routine work, physical therapy and surgical procedures. I have never felt more comfortable with a practice than I do with this team.

I would like to warn people who would think about receiving care from this facility. My interaction with the Doctor was terrible after I separated my shoulder in August. I saw the doctor for precisely two and a half minutes in which time he informed me that the ER at Baylor Grapevine had correctly diagnosed my injury. And told me that it would rely on my ability to endure pain to determine what I could and could not do. I asked him questions regarding conditions I encounter at work and he brushed them off repeating the need to go by how much pain I could stand and left the room.
The doctor never prescribed me anything for the pain (which was agonising) and never gave me any instructions on how to go about rehabilitating my shoulder. I received better information for free from a colleague who had broken his shoulder blade a year before.
I urge all who might read this to look for a different orthopaedic facility.

I had a foot injury in high school that was not taken care of properly and I had to have surgery, which I have since had a recent injury that messed up the surgeon’s work. My PCP sent me to another dr that could not be bothered with me. Dr Moffett actually listened to me and has taken very good care of me. I have started PT, which the PT personnel are awesome. I have not seen coworkers work together so well. The appt times are always late, but it is like that at any other dr office. I am never rushed through my appts even if it runs into the lunch hour. I have had a pretty tough time from this injury, but NTO has put me back on track to getting back to normal. I would definitely recommend.

How do you end up 45 minutes behind on your appointments by 10am? It took 8 minutes for my new x-​rays (the personal info of the person before me was still on the clipboard!!!) back to the room to wait another 23mins. Dr. Williams spent 3 minutes with me and said I needed an injection. I had other info sent from my PCP and Rheumatologist just for this appointment. Plus the office manager was arguing with some other people and then tried to do the same with me. I told her at the time I hoped the doctor would not be using my appointment to catch up on his schedule. I am also making a complaint to my insurance company regarding this visit since I ended up here because they were «in-​network». NEVER AGAIN!

I met with Dr. Briseno today regarding my lower back pain. I was taken aback by Dr. Briseno’s professionalism, care and kindness. He is a wonderful physician. He is thorough, informative, well– trained and enjoyable to talk to. He has a great bedside manner. He was also very kind to my children who attend all of my appts. because we homeschool.
Thank you for a wonderful experience today Dr. Briseno. I am appreciative of the help that you gave me. I feel better prepared to attend to my back issue because of your expertise. You made a real difference in my life today after wondering about this back issue for almost 3 years. It’s nice to know what I am dealing with as it regards my pain and the ways that I can relieve that pain.

Dr. Moffett is a great surgeon and provides a complete description of issue and options. However, the office situation is tough to handle. Typically wait 30 – 40 minutes after appointment to get taken back then another 20 minutes before he comes in. All in all plan on spending at least an hour with only ten minutes of time with Doc.

So far I’ve had a great experience with NTO. Nobody really wants to go see any doctor (at least I don’t, for sure) but we all have to from time to time. Bummerrrr, but necessary. And if you have to go, you hope for a staff and facility like they have here. I’m seeing Dr. Fleager for my dumb wrist, and she’s vey professional, friendly, direct and to the point. She told me exactly what she expects, what I should do, and made me feel comfortable with and super confident in her diagnoses.
Dr. Fleager works here and at the Keller office (where I first met her). I came to this Grapevine location recently for an MRI, and the whole process went as smoothly as one can hope for. The first waiting room is very comfortable, has a ton of cushioned seating, a large TV, and is extremely spacious so you don’t feel squished next to strangers. Plus, there’s complimentary coffee! I was sent past this first waiting room into the Physical Therapy/​MRI section, where there was a less exciting but still roomy place to wait.
I signed a few papers and was led back for the MRI, and the MRI technician was super sweet and helpful. When you have to lie on your stomach with your arms out in front of you and not move for 40 minutes whilst inside a loud machine, you might feel a tad uncomfortable. It’s harder than I thought to not move AT ALL! But the MRI technician here made me as cozy as possible with tons of cushions and blankets, and she consistently checked on me through my headphones with updates on how much time I had left. It was over soon enough!
The office staff here and in Keller have been great working with me to set and reschedule appointments, and I’m thankful for their patience and flexibility when I have to move things around. They’ve also been very clear and direct with matters of insurance and billing, which can often be a confusing mess when you’re a brand new patient. Although North Texas Orthopedics & Sports Medicine is a bit out of my way location-​wise, I can’t complain about anything else and I definitely recommend them.

Dr. Kristen Fleager provided excellent care to my son, who is a pianist in an award winning high school jazz orchestra. He broke the ring finger on his right hand one month before he was scheduled to play at a very prestigous jazz competition in NYC. Dr. Fleager inserted pins in his fingers and put a cast on. After three weeks, he had the cast removed and was able to play that night in the orchestra’s concert. To see the results, go here:

He charged my top of the line BlueCross Blue Shield insurance $ 1100 for a 1 minute conversion to come back later to swap a splint to a cast from Colorado Mountain Doctor. For this 60 seconds my insurance paid him $ 400, He ruined my perfect credit for $ 70 more dollars sent to collection agency as he thought $ 400 for 60 seconds was not enough. He is an insurance fraud and terrible human being. Visit should have been charged as a simple office visit. He would not budge in opinion and ruins my credit. What a POS.

I am extremely happy with the care from Dr. Pat Peters and his staff. I am being treated for a broken leg. Dr. Peters does not make me wait, I am in a room within 5 minutes of my appointment.
