We used Metro for years, and forgave them for ruining two wool, and one cashmere sweater(turned to the size of barbie doll shirts) over a period of time. However, after they ruined an expensive comforter(neglected to check the label to see how to best clean it) — and then refused to take ownership, refund the cleaning fee or work with us in any way — we will not go back. Decent customer service, until it counts most.

loyal customer for over a year. they even gave me a bottle of wine for christmas. then they rernt(ruined) 1 of my polos. i told them, dude?! they said it «came in like that»(they didn’t say nothin’ bout it when i picked it up, but when i brought it back they said they remembered it was messed up). that ain’t right bruh.
